Our business hours are 6:
00am-10:
00pm 7 days per week.
In addition, we provide 24-hour emergency service.
We are open holidays and weekends, and candidates must be willing to be work as scheduled.
We perform light-weight mechanical services such as tire changes, oil changes, lights, batteries, alternators/starters, wheel end maintenance, brakes, DOT inspections, air lines, etc.
Our line of work is fast paced and strenuous.
Employees are subject but not limited to the following job functions:
basic typing skills, answer phones and communicating professionally, delegating tasks to the technicians and managing the front office.
Candidates must be familiar with windows operating system and MS Office software.
Candidates will be trained on daily use of MaddenCo Green Screen billing.
SSA's are required to obtain all vehicle information, create invoices, and obtain payment, email companies, dispatch road calls, perform inventory counts, become familiar with medium duty tires & parts, and learn customer requirements.
Candidate will process cash, credit card, and check transactions and become familiar with tire national accounts.
Light housekeeping will be required.
