HR Generalist

o Prepares and processes HRIS transactions, including employee status, changes, and address changes.
o Responsible for managing on-line employee comments and facilitating problem resolution.
Route actionable comments to appropriate personnel to resolve and/or answer comments or questions.
Manage and compile Employee Online comments charts reviewed monthly.
o Responsible for budget management and expense reporting.
Responsible for revising, maintaining and budgeting the Rewards and Recognition programo Partner with manufacutring leadership in coordinating and conducting open forums.
o Assist employees on a daily basis with benefits questions and facilitates problem resolution.
Communicates with employees regarding short-term disability and FMLA including processing of forms and determing approval or denial of FMLA leave requests.
Provides customer service in person and via telephone with internal/external customers.
o Answers telephones and handles queries, as appropriate.
o Coordinates recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt personnel to include defining interview schedules for onsite candidates and arranging travel.
Responsible for managing all new hire relocation activities.
o Responsible for evaluating outside service providers (i.
cafeteria, corporate apartments), working with management and coordinating changes if approved.
o Responsible for interfacing and coordinating with local school officials for school scholarship programs & other activities as requested, (i.
job shadowing).
o Responsible for organizing and communicating information for the local facility - updating webpage, bulletin boardso Coordinates various programs, ie.
wellness, retirement function, charity campaigns.
o Perform other duties as assignedo Comply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures.
o High school diploma or equivalent required, with 2-4 years experience in a related field.
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
o Strong computer competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
o Solid organizational and time management skills.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o While performing the duties of this job, employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; to reach with hands and arms; and to talk and hear.
o Mobility throughout the facility.
o Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, walk, crouch or crawl.
Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
o Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
