Job Title:Financial & Cost Analysis Manager
Location:Marshall, Illinois
Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 (DOE)


GENERAL
Summary: Manages the cost accounting and AP functions at the plant level. Provides full administrative support to the Plant Controller and Director of Operations and/or staff managers.
o Responsible for general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, tooling accounting, financial
statement preparation, budgeting and forecasting for the Marshall operation.
o Accounts receivable.
o Tooling accounting.
o Financial statement preparation.
o Budgeting and forecasting.
- Create budget for finance department.
- Develop and review department budgets with department and staff managers.
o Assist in creation of Operating Plan (OP) and Long Range Plan (LRP).
o Cost and quote new business.
o Financial analysis of capital expenditures.
o Keep abreast of company standard practice instruction (SPI) changes.
o Create month-end reports.
o Maintain Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
o Supervise the functions of: Accounts Receivable, Project Systems, Financial Reporting
o Responsible for the accounts payable (AP) function.
o Oversee analysis of inventory transactions and report the impact on the plant's P&L to
management.
o Establish policies and procedures for cost accounting.
o Manage the cycle count process on the manufacturing floor.
o Oversee the annual physical inventory.
o Troubleshoot Accounts Payable problems.
o Comply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and
procedures.


Job Requirements &
Qualifications:
BS/BA with a concentration in Accounting
5 years of experience SAP FI-CO and Query experience
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
