Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY: Electronics technician that analyzes Marshall non-conforming material, identifies defect root cause, communicates defect root cause to Quality/Engineering and participates in containment and corrective action as required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Analyze non-conforming material and identify defect root cause in a timely manner.
+ Confirm component failures by performing A-B swaps.
+ Submit analysis requests for potential component supplier issues.
+ Communicate failure trends to Process Quality or Test Maintenance based on analysis determined failure mode.
+ Target a 24-hour turn around for all non-conforming material entering the area for analysis. Urgency to identify defect root cause is critical to ensuring facility ships only high quality products to its customers.
+ Works under occasional supervision as needed for training and skills verification purposes.
+ Performs lower level decision making regarding Quality and Manufacturing objectives.
+ Check/update prior step based upon analysis results and rework restrictions.
+ Fully document scrap information into MUDA.
+ Maintain work areas to meet or exceed the 5S requirements.
+ Document analysis results in daily report and maintain accurate records of analysis results.
+ Analysis accuracy, complete documentation, and rapid response to identified failure trends are critical to job success.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
+ Comply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures
Required Education and Experience
?BS or AS degree in Electronics preferred; HS degree and
1-3 years relevant experience in component-level electronics troubleshooting and/or inspection.
Experience and Skill Requirements
?Strong understanding of electronics.
?Excellent working knowledge of oscilloscope, multimeter, and other test equipment.
?Willingness to participate on a team with the goal of continuous improvement and ensuring Marshalls customers receive only high quality product on time.
?Working knowledge of computer systems used on various test systems.
?Experience in electronics manufacturing in repair/analysis function is desired.
?ZF electronic design experience is preferred.
?Must be able to successfully complete IPC610 Specialist Certification.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
